01 / Method
Cameras alone, or a closed IoT box, still leave the floor staring at screens. On hardware-software work, DaXi asks first who handles an exception, whether it must become a ticket, and whether it must reach HR or the warehouse. Device protocol, offline cache, permissions and privacy go into the same plan.
You can name the hardware brand. Software must deliver events into the business systems you already run—not another cloud no one can see into.
Overheat, missed punch, missed scan: popup or dispatch. If the loop is unclear, more devices are only decoration.
Sites often lack a stable network. Failed collection must be able to catch up. Do not pretend the line is always up.
Access into HR, scans into stock, energy into MES. A closed box that will not release data is not software.
02 / Delivery
Each item is something people can use and accept after launch—not a demo unit in a glass case.
