This is not a temporary outsourcing mix. Architects, product managers, full-stack engineers, mobile engineers, testers and implementation consultants stay as one team from kickoff to launch, so the people who understand the process are not separated from the people who write the code.

We write down the business rules first, then pick the stack. Factory reporting, store inventory, park access or supply-chain reconciliation all start with roles, documents and exception paths, then become a running system—not a pretty page delivered to close the ticket.

Code review, automated tests and a release checklist are default. After launch we still own training, defect fixes and iteration, so the system enters daily work instead of stopping after the demo.
