SimtoLink: Suspend and resume keep an operator and a time

Suspend and resume are two actions. They control whether a card can go online, and they are entirely different from a plan change and from card activation, which is the first time a card is enabled. Suspension cases include arrears, data exhausted, a violation, and device recovery. Resume needs manual approval, or it is triggered automatically after payment. SimtoLink supports suspend and resume for one card or a batch. The suspension reason is recorded, and the resume approval flow can be configured.

Suspend and resume, plan change, and card activation have a clear division of work. The core differences are as follows.

Suspend and resume only control whether a card can go online. They do not change the plan. Suspension after data is exhausted is decided by the overage policy (suspend, or bill by usage). This capability carries out the suspend instruction.
