Who is the source of truth

Interfaces for a third-party product follow that party's current documentation and the version you bought. This article describes the acceptance standard Kandiantong uses at implementation.

Funds follow the WeChat Pay or Alipay statement. Order status follows the mall after missing orders are filled in. Fees are booked from the statement. They are not subtracted verbally from the user's order amount.

Key fields include the merchant order number, the payment number, the amount, the fee, and the refund.

Failure compensation

Differences go into a reconciliation table. Test orders and missed callbacks are handled the same day. Do not change an order amount directly so a report looks better.

Downloading the statement and checking it is an implementation item. Multiple merchant accounts and profit sharing add rows. List them in the project.

What to check before launch

For reconciling the payment statement with mall orders, write the source of truth first. Anchor on the payment institution's statement. Without interface documentation, a test environment, and one successful message, it does not enter the development schedule.

After the other side times out, look up duplicates by the business document number first. Confirm that a second document was not created, then decide whether to replay. A dead letter needs an owner. That day, someone must be able to say whether it is a replay or a void.
